Courses are aimed at providing awareness for organisations and specific knowledge on the certification scheme for Qweb Coaches. Courses include practical exercises and a final examination.

For organisations a one day course has been designed, while the Qweb Coach course covers 2 days for a total of 16 hours, including the final examination.

The calendar is fixed on a Country by Country basis. Information can be obtained by contacting the certification body project manager or by sending an e-mail to the IQNet central secretariat
